Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of VCarePaws, including the Health Tracker and Diet Formulator (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Not veterinary advice

VCarePaws provides informational tools only. Content and outputs are not a substitute for professional veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for decisions about your dog's health or diet.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate registration information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid features may be offered per product. Fees, renewals, and cancellations are described in the relevant product billing pages and are processed by our payment provider.

VCarePaws plans: Health, Diet Formulator Pass, and Complete

VCarePaws may offer product access through: (1) Health Tracker subscriptions; (2) a Diet Formulator Pass (one-time fee for a fixed access period, typically 60 days—not a subscription); and (3) VCarePaws Complete (recurring subscription covering Health Tracker and Diet Formulator while active).

If you purchase a Diet Formulator Pass and later purchase VCarePaws Complete while unused time remains on your Pass, we preserve that unused Formulator access time as Formulator access credit. Your Complete subscription provides Formulator access while Complete remains active. When your Complete access ends, any preserved Formulator Pass time remains available to you for the unused duration. This preserves the access time you already purchased. It is not converted into cash, a monetary account balance, or a discount on future purchases, and purchasing Complete does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the Pass.

Recurring plans renew each billing period until you cancel. When you cancel, we typically stop charging at the end of the period you already paid for, and you keep access until that period ends. Canceling Complete stops future renewals; it is not the same as a refund or a chargeback. A Formulator Pass does not auto-renew.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example, Stripe). We do not store your full payment card number on our servers.

Intellectual property

The Service, branding, and software are owned by VCarePaws or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit, and grant us a license to host and process it to operate the Service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, VCarePaws is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
